Leadership Santa Fe, founded in 1983 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, gives civic-minded people a vehicle for their community-oriented energies and trains them in specific leadership skills. We recognize that in "The City Different", leadership comes in many forms and from every sector of the community. Leadership Santa Fe is a year-long program where a diverse group of community members is introduced to a broad spectrum of organizations, governmental leaders, and issues facing Santa Fe. Our participants use this 'living classroom' to challenge and develop their own leadership capacities as well as their own interest in working for Santa Fe's common good.
