LSF holds it’s Program Days on the third
Thursday of each month, excepting June, July
& August. It launches with a weekend opening
retreat on a Friday and Saturday towards the
beginning of the Program Year . Participants
are expected to attend each session.
Ability to attend fully is a condition of acceptance
into the Program (10 days in total).
There is always prep-work to do for each session which usually involves the reading of one or two relevant articles and the entry, online, of your response to a question set by the leadership team.
Each Program Day addresses a different topic
of interest which relates to Santa Fe and current
affairs.
Participants will be allocated to a Program Day
of their choice and will meet on their own time
in order to develop the agenda for that particular
day, this usually includes enlisting
speakers and a panel for the day, locating
sponsorship for lunch, finding a venue appropriate
to the day’s topic, liaising with the Leadership Team and Program Committee regarding a leadership skills and
development segment, and being responsible for hosting
the day.
Please note: If you miss more than two program sessions, you will not qualify for graduation, and will not be due a refund. You may, however, participate in the remainder of the sessions.
To apply, go to the online application form. We look forward to your participation. |
